Shipping Policy

PatternoraUS offers digital crochet patterns. Digital products do not require physical shipping, and no physical package is sent for a digital-only order.

Digital delivery

Where supported, download access is provided through the order confirmation or the website's order/download flow. Availability may depend on successful payment processing and the systems used for delivery.

Download assistance

If you cannot locate or open a purchased file, contact us with your order details and we will help investigate.

Physical items

If a listing explicitly offers a physical item, its listing details will describe any applicable delivery information. Do not assume a physical shipment applies to digital listings.
