Refund Policy

Please review product details carefully before purchasing. PatternoraUS primarily offers downloadable digital crochet patterns.

Digital purchases

Because digital items may be accessed or downloaded immediately, a change-of-mind refund may not be available once a file has been delivered, subject to applicable consumer law. This statement does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Problems with an order

If a download is missing, a file appears damaged, or the item received differs materially from its description, please contact us. Include your order reference and a description of the issue so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate resolution.

How to contact us

Email hello@patternoraus.shop. We will review requests individually; no specific response or refund timeframe is promised here.
